What Loomin Does

Loomin is an AI-powered email system that understands the content and intent of your emails, identifies what requires action, and drafts context-aware reply options. Loomin does not send emails on your behalf without your explicit confirmation.

Eligibility & Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into agreements to use Loomin.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information

You may stop using Loomin at any time.

Your Data & Content

You retain full ownership of your email content. Loomin does not claim ownership of your content.

By using Loomin, you grant Loomin limited permission to process your email data solely to provide and improve the service, including intent understanding and reply drafting.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Loomin for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the service
  • Interfere with Loomin’s infrastructure or security
  • Use Loomin in ways that violate your email provider’s terms

AI-Generated Content

Loomin may generate draft responses based on email context. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before sending. Loomin does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated drafts.

Availability & Changes

Loomin may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. While we aim for reliability, uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Disclaimers & Liability

Loomin is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties regarding performance, accuracy, or availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loomin will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Legal Framework

Termination: We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if continued use poses risk to Loomin or other users.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Loomin operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
